I am a fairly skilled php coder as it was the cross platform web language of choice for my previous employer and myself. So if you ever want it converted over to php using smarty templates for ease of modification for the less skilled web designer give me a shout.

Another suggestion for the reservation system is the ability to handle multiple servers and book based on multiple servers. So 3 people could book the 3 servers all for the same time period.
