HELP: Fast download on server?

Hi, I am wondering how I can set up a fast download feature on my server so that when new people come, they dont have to lag the server to download maps and models. Can anybody help me please?

you need a webserver/site that has lots of space and lots of bandwidth

I know that, and, IT DOES belong in tech support because this is what is going to make superhero mod more accessable! it sais that tech support forum is for any SUPERHEROMOD help inquires, besides, you told me NOTHING new.
