hi i have got the shero make and have made a hero now i want to make a hero with a cool gun or knife model E.G usmarine. Anyone know how to help me

Use Milkshape, but if you just want a model, search for it (I doubt that the editor of US Marine made the model by himself) So just go to http://csbanana.com or http://counterstrike.de or search at google for models ;)

tutorials on the site, it's not free, and making models is hard as hell.
