Force players to use knifes(only). This is a great plugin for Scoutzknivez or to force the last two players to knife it out. I couldn't find another plugin like this so i changed Zaltoa's plugin and created this! Many thanks to him!!!!!!!!!!! In the coming days I will try to add a few more things to it.

Ok I've added a couple of things.
Added a command for amx_voteknifesonly - Admin command to start a vote. This was by request
Also added a hud message to display who is starting a vote. {Only /voteknifesonly}

Put the orignal creators name in the title, change the plugin ICON to CS.
