Saw the Deadlock cheater frog thing and thought it looks funny.
This let's you turn players into frogs similar to other /besomething plugins, stripping weapons, blocking inputs, and only letting you frog around. Strafing is blocked as good as possible for fun.
Players can still pick up weapons, so they might run around with visible weapons. Instead of stripping it might have been better to just hide them, but it is what it is. +attack is blocked anyways.
Commands:
/befrog <target> [0/1]
/frogme
Both use ADMFLAG_KICK by default, because un-frogging just resupplies the player.
