Sure I can. It inherits from GLC, but can fork from it to maybe MLD, which allows me to deny people from using it.

Not to mention it was a joke...

last time i used this it was in cs and the effects wouldnt turn off once i drugged someone they would have to wait for a map change for the effect to go awy even when they reconnected they still had it is this fixed now

I use the comand /coke and this hapens:
