It doesn't work at all, I copied it and tried it on my local server but it doesn't work in the game, only the cfg file was created, nothing else

You have to be more specific.. At least post some log error. You usually can find it in sourcemod/log folder

There´s maybe some syntax error in translation file.

I’m trying to rewrite PerkMod (Here is first draft)

What is done
  • Rewrite with SourceMod 1.7 syntax
  • Replace int variable with bool (where it was necessary)
  • Replace enable convars for campaign, survivor and versus with one bitmap convar (break back compatibility)
  • Tried to replace all magic number with enums
  • Replace tons of perk array with enum struct
  • Move convar initialization to separate file
  • Refactored code: removed tons of code duplicate, etc
  • Change game menu (!perks) text (need help with localizations)

TODOs
  • Add DB support

Pre release v3.0.0

You should delete perkmod.cfg file from 'steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\cfg\sourcemod'.
Also there is new all-in-one translate file
