    All Class Revive Marker

    Revive your fallen teammates like the medic from their revive markers just by pressing R. Check the github for more info, a video demonstrating it and the compiled plugin ready to be downloaded.

    Cool, is this effective in MVM? If it's a doctor, can I use the medical gun or the R key?

    I haven't tested it, but it should work just fine in MvM.
    The thing is that I'm already spawning the revive markers myself in the plugin, so it effectively would drop 2 revive markers in MvM instead of one. I mainly meant this for normal gamemodes. I'll update it to make it optional.
    If you're already a doctor, you can't use it since you're already able to do it with your medigun.

    Added a new convar ( sm_allclassrevivemarker_spawnrevivemarker ) that controls what team spawns the revive markers. By default it's 0, which ( the plugin ) doesn't spawn the revive markers. 1 for all class, 2 only for red and 3 only for blue.
