Cool tool, it doesn't have all the bloat hlsw had. One thing would be nice tho is to be able to see the messages of players from both teams, basically any "say" commands to be displayed in the dedicated chat window, just like hlsw had.

I meant the server control panel from the hosting. My ISP has a separate RCON access setting in the control panel (see screenshot). And by default RCON access was denied here. Therefore, the program did not work, despite the server config. Check the server settings in the control panel of your provider, maybe there is something similar there, which blocks external RCON access to the server.
