One way is try give temporary ip ban.
Look time between player_connect -> player_spawn

player_spawn will not trigger on those fakes ones.

messages when player connect and connected ?

as a temporary fix try blocking china or ISP 'Hangzhou Alibaba Advertising Co' by their AS NUMBER or ip classses
i think all the ips are theirs
