I dislike the use of trigger_multiple without explicit confirmation it's the right one.

Can you check by any chance if L4D_IsInLastCheckpoint from Left4Dhooks works?

Bug report: Sometimes the plugin fails to detect any survivors in the escape zone, so it slays all survivors when the timer runs out.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzrzwE0UYr0

This does not happen every time; For example, the issue happened to us on Tank Challenge once. When we played the map again later, I purposely did not get into the rescue vehicle to see if the bug is map related. But this time, the plugin worked correctly, the plugin slayed only me and allowed the rest of the survivors to leave. I currently don't know how to reproduce the issue.

Also another bug: if a map is not specified in the data file, the plugin might use the incorrect time value from a different map in the data file instead of the time specified in the "l4d_rescue_vehicle_leave_timer_escape_time_d efault" cvar.
Example: When we played the Warcelona finale ("mnac" is the map file name), I did not have "mnac" specified in the configuration file, and the l4d_rescue_vehicle_leave_timer_escape_time_de fault was set to 180. So the time should have been the default value from that cvar, 180 seconds, but instead it had picked 40 seconds. I have three different maps for 40 seconds specified in the data file, so the plugin had to have incorrectly used one of those values.
