isn't this just dracula with a small addition of taking more hp the higher the lvl you are...

if you ask me rouge should be somthing like steals xp pts from person you shoot or disable one hero when you shoot a person.

i added it it works and everything but it has this error that comes up 1 sec after another

rouge should be at the begining of the level u steal an opposing players ability for the rest of the round
