What are the differences between AmxModx 1.9 and 1.10?
Is one better than another? It seems that 1.10 is updated or advanced more than 1.9

Just more features are new in 1.10. It's all about preference at this point, both are stable in my opinion.

Just realize that there are very few plugins that actually require 1.10 so 1.9.0 will work for 99.999% of plugins.
