This is a plugin that reverts Heavy's grappling hook nerf from the Scream Fortress 2020 patch, re-enabling the vertical jump boost when detaching the hook. Mainly intended for non-Mannpower community servers where grappling hooks are enabled.

Installation:
- If you are running a version of SourceMod below 1.11.6820, install the DHooks2 extension (linked below).
- Place the plugin in sourcemod/plugins and the text file in sourcemod/gamedata.
- Load the plugin as normal. There's nothing to configure and it will take effect immediately as it's loaded/unloaded.
