I use a virtual machine to run ubuntu16.04. After a day of testing, the exploit did not occur. I am pretty sure that the system version caused the exploit.

run 2 servers with different system versions, all settings plugins are the same(srv1 = ubuntu18.04, srv2= ubuntu20.04)
exploit count a week
srv1: 0
srv2: 19

This is an information that you have to give to laststand devs, if they can fix anything but i have doubts about that.

Any improvements on this plugin? It still does not work well with teleport "insideworld" (c2m4 for example)

better ban the cheaters than trying to solve it with a plugin.

unless you can reproduce it with a step-by-step will be hard even to a plugin fix it.
I play vs everyday and never have seen this bug, besides the videos and reports

one of the best solutions given was to check if the player moved too far from the last second (with an incapped survivor) and is near from the 0,0,0 pos. No point in checking outside world cause in some maps 0,0,0 is inside the map.

Still has to consider ghost spawns and tank controls on this.

Apparently this is a system bug, maybe why you don't see it.

my server is crashing from anonymous things when i use ubuntu 18.04 & 20.04 so i am using debian 10 and no anon crash but this jockey thing happened 1 time for non cheating player.. so i am going to try make some fixes for if player is jockey stop changeteam because when you catch someone with jockey & changeteam u just teleported and i am waiting you guys do some alternative fixes
