Dude, chill. No body gets paid to make requests here (unless you're paying). Also it is often the case that an existing plugin will satisfy many requests so it is a good idea to see if something already exists that will satisfy the request adequately.

How it is stupid? We were giving you the solution for you problem but you are so stubborn that I think you don't even read.

I thought at first you were just lazy to write both amx_addban then amx_kick so I link you the Advanced Ban plugin.

In Advanced Ban (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=80858), it have all you asked for:
- ADMINs have to have flag "b"
- You can enter time and reason for the ban
- Can ban both IP and username

PHP Code:

amx_ban <nick, #userid, authid> <time in minutes> <reason>
amx_banip <nick, #userid, authid> <time in minutes> <reason> 


The only different is it doesn't have the word "temp" but instead amx_ban.

What wrong with your obsession with the word "temp"? or you are too lazy to type "15"?

First of all, you are not giving solution for what i need, my server is in top20 in world, i know what i want and WHY i want it like that, i know what im doing obv. Thanks for trying to "help", and fysiks im gonna test it tonight. thank you
