While its main focus is to prevent duplicate accounts from joining the server, you can customize is as you want with the given features/cvars
SteamDB doesn't seem to have an API, and I don't really know a simple and efficient way to calculate someone's account value. If I find a way though, and if I have some free time, I could push an update to my plugin to add this feature!
