Disable random weapons - respawn server

How to disable random weapons at a respawn server and bonus weapons ? Yes, every player can disable by pressing F3 button. But how to disable those futures from default, from server ?
Using Deathmatch (v2.0.9, 2018-06-12) plugin.

Tried this but is not working.

mp_dm_bonus_length_max 0
mp_dm_bonus_length_min 0

mp_dm_time_between_bonus_max 9999
mp_dm_time_between_bonus_min 9999

Use casual as game mode.

Yes, i can do that. But, there is a way to have the score tab with one team to display cy and tero ? Not on the casual mode with two teams CT-Tero ? On casula mode ?

You could maybe make a plugin to prevent it from giving weapons and to hide the popup text when spawning which mentions the F3 thing but it may be client-side and not sent from the server, idk.
