when I change the map I get that and it does not let me enter my server anymore. any solution?

What do you mean by "when I change the map"? Are you able to connect to your server at all, ever? Are you able to connect on some maps but not others? When are you able to connect at all? Are you sure your SteamID is valid? Have you tried removing all addons (metamod, amxmodx, etc.) and tried connecting to it? Are you able to join other server? What does it say your SteamID is?

Please provide the output of the following server commands (via rcon using HLSW or your control panel):

from time to time I get this poster every 5 or 6 maps. then it won't let me in anymore I have to restart the server to let me in. and when I enter another server it enters normal without any problem

Since your issue is related to authentication, you need to remove any metamod/amxmodx plugin that modifies authentication (e.g. Reunion and possibly ReAuthCheck). Also note that any server/person that is using any module or modification that allows Non-Steam players to join it are not supported here (this is the rule).

P.S. that is not the output of the "version" command.
