ok i need to precache a gfx and precache a sprite how would i do that because when i did it like this
precache_gfx("gfx/shmod/640_awp.tga")
precache_sprite("sprites/shmod/w_m82.spr")

when i put it through the compiler i get this error
it said undefined symbol
how should it look

with the sprites you have to use this:
precache_model("sprites/white.spr");

But I don't know about the gfx tyr using model too...

you can only precache models and sounds as far as I know... (models do include sprites though, not sure about textures but I assume its the same)

look in the includes to see the diff precaching functions, you can precache anything except certian blocked file extensions (like exe and dll and other bad things)
