Hi, Trunten.
The question was about the case:

- Let's imagine some map is published on GameMaps by author > 5 years ago.
There is no ability to contact to him.

- Somebody wants to improve that map (without decompilation).
Let's say using special console commands, fix navigation file, repack and include some missing textures.

Does GameMaps administration allow to publish such improved map on their site?

That doesn't seem to concern me.
I was directly called out by whoever "Mart" is.
He seems to not fully understood something about me?
Your concern seems more of a question for "Rayman1103" or "iLL" the 2 admins there.
From my experiences with others in the past, if you credit everyone properly it's fine.
And have proper descriptions and screenshots.
