Tested in TF2. Not sure about other games that supports this plugin.
Once you call a target on someone, all admins will not be able to use the countdown command until it has reached the end of time.

- Enable/Disable plugin.
sm_countdown_adminlog | Default: 1
- Enable/Disable client on printing messages to all admins in the server.

Alias: sm_settimer
- Calls a target to start a timer.
sm_stoptimer <#userid|name>
- Stops the timer while a player has countdown timer running.
ConsoleCmd:
sm_timeleftcountdown
- Shows how much time left for that player.
