Hello,

I run community servers and i have ranks installed on the server.. most of the players can see the ranks in the leaderboard but there is few gamers that get error message when the files are downloading...

i have all the files and fast download on.. i tried everything.. anyone has an idea why is this happening only to few people? most of people have it which is really weird..

and the weird part is on the old pc that he had.. it worked but he got a new one and its doesn't work

Try to tell them to remove the files materials. Maybe they have a file with the same name but not from the same plugin. So there is a duplicate file.

Or if you want, You are able to change in the server file & fastdl the file names.
