Any sniper dont change the zoom with the 2nd scope

When i do my 2nd scope in awp or any other sniper, the server return to the minimum zoom, what is happening someone can help me?

Is this a server related issue?
If so it would be helpful if you provide a list of your server extensions and plugins.
