Just go addons/sourcemod/configs/mapdeleter.cfg

Default maps to delete are all de_ maps and all cs_ maps.

If you want to delete a single map, like cs_office, just append in the file "cs_office" without quotes.

To delete all defuse maps, you can do this: "de_*" without quotes.

Basically if you have a JB server, you can just install the plugin to permanently get rid of default maps

One important cvar:

map_deleter_default_map - This is the map to switch to if for some reason the current map is a deleted map.
