Helping compiling a file

Hello, when I try to compile this file for csgo it says error cant read from hlstatsx_api, and I tryed compile because its not working on my server the command !mm, I dont know why, but when i wrote !mm anything happens! Can someone help me compile it, or say why the command not working?

Now the compiler said:
