Hello, im pretty new to using plugins. I added all the files that were in the .zip file to their respective folders but it doesnt seem to work. How do i install this plugins? it doesnt have a .amxx file like the others, do i still have to add something to the plugins.ini? what? thanx in advance

Of course. The plugin is the .amxx file. You need to compile the .sma in order to get the .amxx. Here's a simple tutorial:

I want to use this plugin for a csdm server until now is okey as rank/level system but is missing one feature
To lose xp at specific events like dying, killing hostages, not planting the bomb etc but the most important would be at dying, for csdm servers this keep players from not always being the highest level

Exactly. Simply add the minus sign in front to make players lose XP.

E.g.:

death = -5

You can even create your own events via sub-plugins (e.g. if you want to lose XP when you kill a hostage). It's easy.
