hello there,

two of my players seem to have a problem,

both of them are brothers and they are playing regularly on my server

and since the last update for cs 1.6 (which was a couple of months ago)

they can no longer play together at the same time

when they are both online it takes about a minute untill one of them crashes

if anyone knows if there is a way to fix it server side or client side any help would be much apprecieted thank you.

but it is a problem they had these accounts for ages

i am not sure that helps because their actual game crashes, they don't get kicked out the server the game itself crashes and it only happens when both of them are online

Didn't know client ports was a thing for an old game.

Check that thread out. When they crash, do they have some error?

Changing the value of clientport will allow clients to connect to servers in cases where it doesn't change automatically, which is rare in my experience.

In normal situations, trying to connect with an already used clientport would only cause the client to just time-out from the server, not actually crash. So your problem might be something else.

What about simply trying it?
