There is a minor issue with this. When people have their colored names on, they cannot cast their vote by typing 'rtv' it does nothing for them. But, if they type '!rtv' then it works.

Admin overrides should do that.

This plugin does not recognize player IDs in other languages
for example

sm_coloredname 这^2是中^4文
The console will prompt an invalid command
Moreover, when typing sm_coloredname_on, it still prompts that coloredname is off
