Satori does not work, for some reason. I added all the plugins that are in the satori.cfg, added her in characters.cfg, did some other stuff, but, she never appears, or downloads, even. Maybe there is another plugin needed?

You can look in SourceMod error log (Official Versions) or FF2's error log (Unofficial Verisons) to find the issue about a boss not loading.
