I don't know what to say honestly. Some guys really abuse with replies such as "no steam = no support", "wrong section", "don't bump!" etc. I mean, you should've already read the rules if you tell others to do so, but the rules clearly prohibit you from replying instead of reporting.
On the other hand, admins and moderators respond very late to reports. I recall a funny moment from 2 months ago when an admin deleted my post while completely ignoring my report after 2/3 days. I was like "dude, take appropriate pills", but realized can't compete with a such guy. :)
