I haven't seen any complains about players with the listed thirdperson viewdistance commands:

c_mindistance 2000 (default: 20)
c_maxdistance (unknown)

Could this potentially be solved?

I hear Sound and see character in 3rd person but not dancing

Checked Models and See 1 model folder with csgo/models/player/custom_player/kodua
fortnite_emotes_v2.dx90.vtx
fortnite_emotes_v2.mdl
fortnite_emotes_v2.vvd

Solved a plugin was blocking it.

also, some models are not dancing when selecting an emote
i am pretty new on csgo servers and idk how really stuff works.

You have a custom plugin blocking it.

Disabled plugins and try with just this plugin.

Then re add 1 by 1 till you find which one is doing it

Franc1sco is it possible to add menu commands ?

For example :

sm_dance
sm_emotes

( i noticed u have those two )
but i mean if it is possible to bind them on the specific menus
ex: sm_dance ( !dance) will open the dance menu e.t.c
