When I said official version I was talking about HLDS. You asked if I was using reHLDS.
I'm using AMXX 1.9 with the metamod from the link I provided.

Well thanks for the info meta list would be useful in my troubleshoot, but I guess it's off topic at this point.

Hopefully someone can help with a plugin to restrict weapons. If not I'll likely switch off reHLDS.
