Pathfinding is pathfinding, it has nothing to do with hlds or rehlds. It would work the same in both.
He probably implemented A* algorithm in a module or plugin.

@Fr33m@n i was also asking myself did he used that one (but if so, he changed to much there cuz its too buggy)..maybe he tryed with https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=310446 (prolly not cuz neural is neural and path is path lol)
