A few questions:

Why are you mixing old syntax with new syntax? (And moving the new declarations requirement AFTER you use old)
Where is OnLibraryRemoved?
Why are you creating a new plugin thread for an existing plugin with a small modification?

1. Pretty sure I left pragma newdecls enabled

2. Updater's Example Plugin does not require OnLibraryRemoved

3. Because it'll get lost in there, considering the plugin maker will not add my plugin in the main thread since he's inactive.
