I am looking for a coder to create a plugin that would expand this plugin:

Essentially I need a plugin that could hook a designated weapon on an Insurgency server and instead of firing that weapon it would execute the "sm_flame" command from the plugin above. i.e. You fire an M72 LAW and it is a flamethrower instead of a rocket launcher.

Perhaps there could be a better way to do it, I am open to alternate solutions. PM me with an estimate of what you would like to make on the job.
