i use ip-project kernel 5.2.2 and var is 0.004 - 0.010

tuned is latency-performance.

Hmm, I mean it's different for CPU (I think...but I'm not 100% sure!)
For some servers, it's possible to keep 0.000-0.001 (An example!)

I have only tested with i7-4770, i7-9700K, and i9-9900K. which works fine.
BUT! - So long it doesn't hit 1.000, so you don't need to worry about it! - It's too limited, what "client/friends" want of performance; but about it needs to be: OK, Fair or just.. "normal"

Which CPU do u have? 3770 is also similar to 4770, there are much variations...
