Exec client side olduğu için yazdığı zaman serverin haberi olacağını sanmıyorum. Bana göre mümkün değil. Cfg engelleme pluginleri mevcut onları deneyebilirsin.

That is not possible. There is absolutely no way to prevent someone from using executing a file in their own console.

Setting binds will NOT do ANYTHING to prevent this from happening.
