Yes you can....

Changing of Xp total: addons/amx/superhero.ini

Command to give lvl:

amx_shsetlevel <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <level> - Sets SuperHero level on players

Command to give Xp:

amx_shsetxp <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <xp> - Sets Players Xp

you have to
amx 9.8a is in amx folder
amx 9.9 is in amx/config/shero folder
amxmodx 0.20 is in amxmodx/configs/shero folder

isnt it amx_shaddxp <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <xp> and it add the amount of xp you put in
