    I'm surprised that no one has ever written a plugin to rig votes(at least I couldn't find them), so I decided to do so as I love democracy

    P.S This is my first plugin so please be gentle ;)

    Commmand:
    sm_rvote <Question> [Answer1] [Answer2]....[Answer5] <Winning Option>
    e.g: "sm_rvote WhichIsBetter Communism Democracy ThisPlugin 3" The third option "ThisPlugin" will win by default.
