Im still not able to load into the game, I dont know if it has anything to do with the update?

this is not related to any plugin. this is about managing your OS hosting your server. make sure to have correct permissions for the user running srcds if linux, and check other common configuration problems

Try to talk to your host about this, it must be some permission error, as kgns quoted.

Also, just to be sure, you have the latest versions of SourceMod & Metamod, which has the latest version of CSGO on the server.
