We are a software development startup of cca. 25 people, focusing on gaming and gambling. Currently, we run a platform enjoyed by more than 35 000 community members. As what we are planning is supposed to be a surprise for our community, we will follow up with more info about our startup in a private message :-).

We are looking for a developer with expertise in developing CS:GO plugins and server administration. The scope of work includes the following:

• Displaying custom data in CS:GO during gameplay, such as banners and score boards (nothing too complex)
• Sending information about kills, deaths, etc. to an API we created
• Creating custom game modes, such as 1v1 tournaments (in later stages)
• Maintaining the servers in CS:GO related matters, such as software updates

We are a technical team, comprised of both junior and senior guys, having a lot of fun with what we're doing. You'd be working alongside a backend developer and a system engineer who will set up the server infrastructure in all matters unrelated to CS:GO (such as routing and OS). A project manager will prepare your tasks and our Head of Development will also provide technical support. You'd be working with around 3-4 people. If you have any suggestions related to gameplay or technical solutions - they will definitely be considered!

We estimate the workload to be ~2 months part-time, with future maintenance and possible extensions. Payment terms are to be agreed, but we'd prefer paying hourly. Optionally, we can pay in crypto. Our team is located in central Europe, so it would be great if you're located in a similar timezone.

Although we are avid gamers and talented devs, we have limited experience in Valve's developer tools and CS:GO SDK. Currently, we managed to get a Proof of Concept running internally, but it was put together in 3 days so its pretty hacky and definitely not production grade.

We don't anticipate CS:GO to be a primary function of our platform - we're rather trying to build something new & fun for our community. To be clear, we are NOT looking for a map creator.
