    Description:
    - Fixes a bug when your hp is increased after you were revived from hanging on a ledge by somebody.
    - Adds a default penalty to basic / temp health after reviving if you hang on a ledge for too long.

Note: it is alternative of this plugin, because it doesn't work for me at all.
    Difference from similar plugins:
    - Minimal (almost, none) CPU loading.
    Commands:
    - Nothing.
    Settings (ConVars):
    - Nothing
    Compatibility
    - L4D1.
    - L4D2 - is supported, but not affected by this bug, AFAIK.
    Requirements:
    - SourceMod 1.10+
    - DHooks Detours v.2.2.0.15+
