Hello since the last csgo update csgo is free game now so im noticing there are too many new accounts users in my server some of them are hacking and some of them are newbie so there is any way to block these players from joining my server? i tried finding hour checker plugin but didnt found anything

You might want to check Prime status, this thread has some information (where some claims that the above cvar doesn't help them).

There is a SteamWorks based plugin in Post #3 that may give you an additional short, if the cvar doesn't do the job good enough for you.

Closest thing to an "hour checker" plugin is most likely [Any] Veterans Only, which hasn't been updated in a long while.

If you're going to run it, I also suggest you to configure it like mentioned in Post #54.
