This error means that ASteambot_Core can't connect to the VPS (Asteambot); it either means that :
1) You misconfigured ASteambot_Core.cfg; maybe the IP is wrong, or the port ?
2) Your firewall or provider have blocked the port you are using for ASteambot.

The market error fetching isn't important. You might just have not the most up-to-date item prices.

The first one, through, means that you have troubles connection to ASteambot.
Maybe the process (ASteambot.exe) is closed when you leave the terminal ? Are you using screen or tmux ? You should. Because if you are running ASteambot.exe from ssh, once you close the connect, ASteambot.exe die as well.

now I have only a problem when sending messages
