I'm using Zeph store stocks like this

		Store_SetClientCredits(client, test + credits);

If it's working with the Math quizz plugin it will with this one.

If you know a Polish Trivia API, it should be easy to make the switch. I could also use a French API but those moron limit to 1 request per day while calling themselves "open".

Thing is, it doesn't handle HTTP requests right? Can you handle them with pure sourcepawn or will it need an extension too?

You can make HTTP requests with SteamWorks
