Not true. The 1.8.2 compiler shows 1.8.1 when compiling, plus how is that even related to non-steam?! It's not like 1.8.2/3 can't run on non-steam.

Wrong. 1.8.2 is the latest official release. The errors I posted implied that I wanted a 1.8.2 version of the plugin. And in fact it matches my post perfectly.

just because amx 1.8.2 is the last full amxmodx pack with installers and everything, doesn't mean that 1.8.3 is unofficial, it's official and its under development, not all new plugins are going to work with old amx version, since new ones has more resources!

1.8.2 it's so great that even the registered version is 1.8.1, don't know why they are making a new version of something so perfect

Once again I never said it was perfect you made that up. Of course 1.8.3 is gonna be better but it's not fully out yet.

Cool bro, but the fact is not non steam anyway, upgrade server to 1.8.3 since it is not in dev branch anymore, but is in stable channel. Also do not have any excuse to not upgrade to 1.8.3 in these days no?.

Read first post before post what you want instead of requirements to use the plugin if you want.
or just re-code to make it work in 1.8.2 since is open source no?

I have read the requirements and I was just asking for a 1.8.2 version. Not specifically from you but from anyone here. It's not about me upgrading but a request.
