Also created directory but when i go to the install its blank..

AMX Bans has their own support forum where you should post first. If you must post at AlliedModders, you would want to post in the off-topic forum. The Scripting Help forum in which you have posted is for people writing or editing plugins.

You need to make that dir writable(for your web user)

i fixed it.. my website uses new php version so i downloaded new amxbans
