Actually, NoCheatz is working on my windows based servers with no crashing at all. Fortunately, this plugin seems to be working well with it!

All of my beta servers are running sourcebans++ and seems to work great on all, I also use 1.9 compiler with no errors.

Seems like you are using an old include file: https://github.com/sbpp/sourcebans-p...cebans.inc#L60

Also it would be nice to have sourcebans as optional dependency and fallback to the normal ban system, when sourcebans isn't available.
