First of all i don't know where i should post this and secondly is the problem. Okay so i have started my own server and i have downloaded some plugins to it (The one i have a problem with is "Store by Zephyrus") and well the problem is that i can't find a way to add credits to people, i mean i can add 1000 credits from the admin menu but it would take a super long time to add that if someone for example won 100000 credits. Please answer and if this is the wrong place to post this please tell me where i should post this.

Write that in serverconsole, or it should be /rcon sm_givecredits < name> < amount >

new problem got -10000 and when i try to had 10000 to get back to 0 nothing happens.
and !credits doesn't display my credits

edit: nothing displays in the chat
example: You have earned 1 credit for playing on the server
and i use https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=286913 as a chat Processor.

As I've never really used the addon myself, I do actually not know. Seems like you've exceeded some kind of credit-limit. Crossing my fingers for some one else to reply.
My only suggestion would be to reinstall the addon.

after a hour i fix it but i still can't get messages in the chat from the plugin
